💼 Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide high‑quality outpatient counseling services. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, ethical, and motivated to support clients through a trauma‑informed, person‑centered approach.

🧠 Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence‑based modalities

• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Deliver services in alignment with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with internal and external providers to support continuity of care

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development

• Maintain a caseload that supports both client needs and practice goals

🎓 Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following active West Virginia licenses:

  • LICSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT or

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence‑based practice

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture

• Experience with trauma‑informed care preferred

• Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms
